Vinn was founded by Hans Johansson, Bengt Nilsson and Caroline Krensler, who have the combined experience of starting and building up over 30 companies in 14 countries at 35 different sites, and a broad network of contacts cultivated over more than 30 years in the industry. Among other roles, Hans Johansson is one of the leading entrepreneurs behind the Semcon Group.
It was the biting economic downturn of 2008 which gave us the chance to hand-pick passionate entrepreneurs and high-calibre employees. Our objective has always been to build the most innovative, outstanding and personal companies. Not the biggest, perhaps, but the most fun to work with. The aim is to be the best, while maintaining the flexibility and agility required to adapt to a fast-moving market.
